Uniform Exchange Program
The purpose of the uniform exchange program is to recycle gently used uniforms within our school.
Here is a brief overview of how the program works:
- All gently used uniforms are turned into the school and are picked up by the used uniform coordinator.
- The used uniform coordinator will inspect the pieces and put them into the inventory.
- The coordinator will fill all requests and send the pieces into the school for pickup.
- Payment should be sent to the school. You can pay by cash or check (check made out to ANS). If you are doing the one for one exchange, then please send in the article of clothing.
- All gently used uniforms that are in good, clean condition and meet the school’s dress code guidelines will be accepted. Clothing that contains rips, tears, stains or is not within the school’s dress code guidelines will not be accepted.
This is a one-for-one exchange so you must exchange the same item of clothing that you are getting from the program. You can also purchase items from the exchange.
To request a piece of clothing from the exchange, please contact the school.

Parent Participation Program
Volunteers work hard to support our school and our children, and are a vital part of the ANS community.
Every family is required to volunteer a total of 20 hours (two parent households) or 10 hours (single parent households) between May 16, 2022 and May 6, 2023. Hours are awarded for service through participation in activities listed in the handbook. Families are assessed a fee for any hours not met.
Parents who wish to volunteer for service not listed in the Parent Participation Handbook must obtain permission from the Principal prior to volunteering for that service.
Sign-ups for positions/duties listed in this handbook will be made on TrackItForward.com under Event Sign-Ups > 2022-2023 Parent Participation Program.
All hours worked will be logged online through TrackItForward.com. For access to the Archbishop Neale Volunteer page on this website, please submit your request to trackitforward@archbishopnealeschool.org.
Transportation Information
Students are transported to school by car or by Charles County Public School buses. Procedures for morning and afternoon carpool can be found in the Parent/Student Handbook. The policy will also be reviewed at our New Parent Orientation.
