ANS Participates in the Great Lakes Scrip Center Fundraising (Gift Card) Proram. Shopwithscrip.com is the website for ordering gift cards through Great Lakes Scrip Center. We maintain a limited stock of the most frequently used gift cards for grocery and casual dining in our area.

We have a limited number of special small denomination gift cards available, perfect for stocking stuffers and holiday gift-giving. These cards will only be available while supplies last, $10 Cards for Applebees, Target, Walmart and more! Many merchants are available now with special denominations. See the attached Perfect Gift List and order now for upcoming holidays.

All of the merchants provide the gift cards to us at a reduced cost and we sell to our families at regular price, therefore providing profit to our organization. Gift card order forms are sent home with students on Mondays. Please provide completed order forms in an envelope with payment (cash or check). Remember to indicate student/family name and homeroom number for delivery. Orders for gift cards may be sent to school at any time. Pending receipt of payment, orders sent in throughout the week are filled and sent home on Fridays. We are in school on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM for walk-in sales.

Also, you can select from thousands of gift cards available through Shop with Scrip. Simply go online to Shopwithscrip.com and register by creating an account. Contact the school office for the Enrollment Code.

Cards ordered on Shopwithscrip.com by midnight every Monday are collected into one Purchase Order and sent to the school for distribution on Fridays. Unless you would like to come in and get them, paid orders are sent home with the student indicated. Thanks for your support and please let us know if you have any questions.

Families may select one of two ways to pay:

  • Select CHECK to ORG upon completion of your order. Make checks payable to ANS, and send in to school.
  • Presto Pay — follow the steps on Shopwithscrip.com to establish your bank account as a means to pay.

About Presto Pay:

  • Presto Pay enables families to conveniently pay for gift cards on Shopwithscrip.com

  • Orders for regular gift cards may be paid via Preto Pay or by cash or check.

Parent Participation Program
Volunteers work hard to support our school and our children, and are a vital part of the ANS community.

Every family is required to volunteer a total of 20 hours (two parent households) or 10 hours (single parent households) between May 17, 2021 and May 6, 2022. Points are awarded for service through participation in activities listed in the handbook.

Parents who wish to volunteer for service not listed in the Parent Participation Handbook must obtain permission from the Principal prior to volunteering for that service.

Sign-ups for positions/duties listed in this handbook will be made on TrackItForward.com under Event Sign-Ups > 2021-2022 Parent Participation Program.

All hours worked will be logged online through TrackItForward.com. For access to the Archbishop Neale Volunteer page on this website, please submit your request to trackitforward@archbishopnealeschool.org.

Transportation Information
Students are transported to school by car or by Charles County Public School buses. Procedures for morning and afternoon carpool can be found in the Parent/Student Handbook. The policy will also be reviewed at our New Parent Orientation.

Uniform Exchange Program

The purpose of the uniform exchange program is to recycle gently used uniforms within our school.

Here is a brief overview of how the program works:

  • All gently used uniforms are turned into the school and are picked up by the used uniform coordinator.
  • The used uniform coordinator will inspect the pieces and put them into the inventory.
  • The coordinator will fill all requests and send the pieces into the school for pickup.
  • Payment should be sent to the school. You can pay by cash or check (check made out to ANS). If you are doing the one for one exchange, then please send in the article of clothing.
  • All gently used uniforms that are in good, clean condition and meet the school’s dress code guidelines will be accepted. Clothing that contains rips, tears, stains or is not within the school’s dress code guidelines will not be accepted.

This is a one-for-one exchange so you must exchange the same item of clothing that you are getting from the program. You can also purchase items from the exchange.

To request a piece of clothing from the exchange, please contact the school.
